Toby’s Kitchen grew from a very personal place. When my children were born, I experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to prepare nourishing meals while caring for a family. That season shaped not only how I cook, but why I cook—and ultimately led me to create Toby’s Kitchen.
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Culinary Nutrition Instructor, I’ve seen the profound impact that real, from-scratch food can have on our health and well-being. At Toby’s Kitchen, everything is prepared using high-quality, whole ingredients. There are no shortcuts or ultra-processed foods—just simple, intentional meals designed to nourish and support.
Each week, I thoughtfully design a rotating menu to meet people where they are. Clients can choose 7 mains, 3 snacks, and either 1 litre of bone broth, vegetable seaweed broth, or a loaf of organic sourdough bread. The $250 weekly package offers a practical, supportive way to bring consistent, nutrient-dense food into the home.
While Toby’s Kitchen serves a wide range of clients, it is especially meaningful to support those in more vulnerable or demanding seasons of life. For new parents, access to warm, ready-to-eat meals can make a significant difference in postpartum recovery and overall energy. For elderly members of our community, these meals provide comfort, familiarity, and balanced nutrition—supporting both health and independence.
Toby’s Kitchen also exists for anyone navigating a full or overwhelming chapter, whether due to illness, work demands, or family life—those who value home-cooked food but need support in making it happen.
At its core, Toby’s Kitchen is about care. It is about offering nourishment in a way that feels both practical and personal—rooted in the belief that good food is foundational to how we live and care for one another.
Eat well, be well!
